A leading international iGaming company, based in Malta, is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join their team. Known for its fast-paced and innovative environment, the company encourages collaboration, learning, and career growth while supporting employees in building strong relationships across departments.As a Senior Account Manager, you will take the lead in managing high-value VIP clients, delivering exceptional service, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining long-term relationships with VIP players while working closely with marketing, CRM, and other teams to ensure a seamless experience.You will:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients
  • Manage high-value accounts and ensure top-tier service
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver a smooth and personalized experience for VIP players
  • Support business growth by identifying opportunities with VIP clients
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Fluent in Finnish and English; other languages are a plus
  • Proven experience in a similar senior role within the iGaming sector
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with VIP clients
