You will be joining, a fast-growing iGaming service provider that equips operators with a full suite of high-performance services — Gaming Services, Casino & Sportsbook Marketing, Operations, VIP Management, Creative, Data & BI, and more.As a Senior Account Manager, you will take the lead in managing high-value VIP clients, delivering exceptional service, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining long-term relationships with VIP players while working closely with marketing, CRM, and other teams to ensure a seamless experience.You will:

Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients
Manage high-value accounts and ensure top-tier service
Work closely with internal teams to deliver a smooth and personalized experience for VIP players
Support business growth by identifying opportunities with VIP clients

Skills & Qualifications:

Fluent in German and English; other languages are a plus
Proven experience in a similar senior role within the iGaming sector
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with VIP clients
