- Daily Support:Manage VIP expectations and queries regarding products, payments, and rewards.
- Language:Fluent/Native level inGerman(written & spoken) and professional English.
- Experience:Minimum 2 years in iGaming Customer SupportOR1+ year in an iGaming VIP role.
- Skills:Strong negotiation and critical reasoning; ability to prioritize action items based on data.
- Salary:€30K-€33.5K p/a DOE
