German Speaking VIP Account ManagerLocation: Malta (Central Region) – Hybrid Working ModelSector: iGaming OperationsKey Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Growth:Manage a high-value user base to retain and increase player lifetime value.
  • 1-to-1 Service:Establish direct relationships with users, creating tailor-made offers for a personalized experience.
  • Data Analysis:Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify patterns and trends within your portfolio.
  • Market Insight:Evaluate industry trends to ensure offers and rewards stay competitive.
  • Daily Support:Manage VIP expectations and queries regarding products, payments, and rewards.
Requirements
  • Language:Fluent/Native level inGerman(written & spoken) and professional English.
  • Experience:Minimum 2 years in iGaming Customer SupportOR1+ year in an iGaming VIP role.
  • Skills:Strong negotiation and critical reasoning; ability to prioritize action items based on data.
