- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a B2B sales, account management, or a related role.
- Sales driven: Ability to drive revenue through proactive selling, identifying client needs, and closing deals to meet targets.
- Negotiation skills: Skilled in handling objections and securing mutually beneficial agreements.
- Communication skills: Strong verbal and written skills across multiple channels, with a professional and client-focused approach.
- Multitasking: Able to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Upselling Skills: Identifies opportunities to promote additional products and increase customer value.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively;
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets
- Proficiency in CRM/ERP software, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms.
- Handle corporate client requests across all official company channels, including telephone, emails, and social media;
- Provide accurate and timely information about the GO Group products, services, and policies. This includes the provision of technical assistance to the clients that would lead to a successful sale;
- Ensure a professional and customer-focused approach in all interactions;
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential corporate clients;
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships;
- Attend networking events, both physically and virtually, to expand business connections and promote GO and its subsidiaries;
- Promote the GO's and its subsidiaries, products and services to corporate clients through targeted sales strategies;
- Follow up on quotes sent, product reservations, and orders to secure successful transactions;
- Track client purchases and proactively update customers on order status;
- Customer Feedback & Service Improvement:
- Collect and document customer feedback on orders and deliveries to improve service quality;
- Work closely with management to implement service enhancements based on customer insights;
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and procurement to ensure smooth client interactions;
- Stay informed about product updates and company initiatives to better assist corporate clients;:
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales opportunities, and order statuses;
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, client needs, and market trends;
