- Drive business development initiatives by identifying untapped market opportunities and expanding the customer base across both private and public sector verticals.
- Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies to promote the Company's products and services, with a focus on customer acquisition, retention, and long-term account development.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process for corporate and public sector projects, including RFQ and tender submissions. Ensure delivery of timely, accurate, and competitive proposals.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their business needs and aligning solutions to deliver maximum value.
- Develop and implement targeted sales plans with clear objectives for lead generation, customer growth, and market penetration.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to define performance KPIs, set sales targets, and launch joint marketing initiatives that align with business development goals.
- Maximize the Company's market visibility through proactive customer engagement and the delivery of customized, value-driven solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends, customer pain points, and areas for innovation or product enhancement.
- Work closely with senior leadership to assess performance metrics, refine strategic objectives, and adjust plans in response to market dynamics.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless execution of business development activities, aligning internal efforts to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Foster a positive, performance-driven team culture by motivating staff, encouraging collaboration, and promoting a shared commitment to growth and customer success.
- Strong lead-generation and closing skills;
- Commitment in providing excellent customer service and managing existing accounts professionally;
- Good organizational skills and experience with CRM;
- Customer oriented with good interpersonal skills;
- The ability to work on his/her own initiative and as part of a team;
- Target and detail orientation with a strong drive to achieve work success;
- Be able to network, grow and maintain positive relationships with clients;
- A minimum of Three years' experience in the role or similar (including Tech Sales);
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Proven existing network of corporate accounts and leads would also be an asset.
- Familiarity and experience in Cyber-security will be considered an asset.
- Must be based in MAlta holding local experience.
