- Build and manage strong relationships with key enterprise clients
- Identify new opportunities and grow existing accounts
- Lead conversations with decision-makers and position yourself as a trusted advisor
- Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact through to closing
- Spend time understanding each client's business, challenges, and goals
- Turn those insights into practical, tailored solutions
- Work across different industries and adapt your approach accordingly
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to design the right solutions
- Put together proposals that make sense commercially and technically
- Clearly communicate value, not just features
- Take the lead on tenders, RFPs, and large proposals
- Make sure everything is accurate, competitive, and delivered on time
- Handle negotiations and help bring deals over the line
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and new technologies
- Spot new opportunities and contribute ideas on how to grow the business
- Represent the company at events and client meetings
- Work closely with internal teams to keep things moving smoothly
- Share knowledge and support junior team members
- Contribute to forecasting and overall sales planning
- Solid experience in B2B sales within telecoms, IT, Networking or similar industries
- Familiarity with enterprise technologies (Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, etc.) would be an asset
- A track record of closing complex deals and managing large accounts
- Comfortable selling solutions (not just products)
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with senior stakeholders
- A practical, problem-solving mindset with a commercial focus
