We are looking for a Commis Chef to join our team. Position is on a full time contract basis.Job Title: Commis Chef Department: Food & Beverage Reporting to: Head Chef Responsibilities: • Monitors kitchen equipment and reports issues to superiors. • Continually develops culinary knowledge to produce high-quality meals • Measures, mixers, and prepares meal ingredients, sauces and seasonings. • Preparing basic salads and sauces as directed by the Chef de Partie. • Washes, chops, and cuts fruit, meat and vegetable items. • Assesses inventory and request resupply when necessary. • Plates meal items under the chef de partie’s supervision. • Disposes of spoiled items and adheres to sanitation policies. • Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality. • Performing basic cleaning duties and ensuring that workstations are properly sanitized.ProfilesIf multiple Education and Language Profiles are defined, please note that you must fit at least one of them, but not necessarily all.PROFILE 1LanguageReadingSpeakingUnderstandingWritingENGLISHCompetencies

Assemble and decorate products (biscuit layers, butter cream, sauces, glancing...)
