Streamline Solutions Limited is seeking a motivated Commis Chef to join our Mediterranean fusion kitchen team. The role involves supporting senior chefs, preparing quality dishes, and developing culinary skills in a dynamic environment.As Commis Chef, you will work under the guidance of the Head Chef and Sous Chef to prepare and present Mediterranean fusion dishes to the highest standards. You will assist with food preparation, maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations, and learn new techniques to further your culinary development. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a professional kitchen team. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Assist in preparing Mediterranean fusion dishes and ingredients Support senior chefs with cooking, plating, and service Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen and workstations Follow hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards Monitor stock levels and assist with basic kitchen organisation Learn and develop skills under the supervision of senior chefs Requirements: Some prior experience in a professional kitchen is preferred but not essential Passion for cooking and willingness to learn Mediterranean fusion cuisine Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety Ability to work in a team and follow instructions Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays Experience in Mediterranean fusion cuisine will be considered an asset.ProfilesIf multiple Education and Language Profiles are defined, please note that you must fit at least one of them, but not necessarily all.PROFILE 1LanguageReadingSpeakingUnderstandingWritingENGLISHISCED Level: Upper secondary education - Level (3)Subjects:Subject Level Grade
