- Driving student recruitment by actively promoting academy programmes to individuals and organisations.
- Identifying and developing new B2B training opportunities, partnerships and corporate learning solutions.
- Building relationships with businesses, industry partners and professional organizations to increase enrolment and expand the institution's reach.
- Monitoring sales pipelines, conversion rates and revenue targets.
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the academy, ensuring the smooth delivery of all courses and programmes.
- Overseeing the coordination of schedules, tutors, classrooms and logistics required for course delivery.
- Ensuring the academy premises and facilities are prepared and suitable for students and trainers.
- Maintaining efficient administrative processes related to course delivery, student onboarding and programme management.
- Identifying opportunities to expand the academy's course portfolio and training services in line with market demands.
- Engaging with industry stakeholders to understand skills gaps and workforce development needs.
- Experience in sales, business development, operations management or education/training environments.
- Experience in vocational education, training services, or MFHEA-regulated environments would be considered an asset.
- A strong interest in business, sales and entrepreneurship.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks.
- Proactive with a results-driven mindset and the ability to identify and develop new opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work independently while contributing to the institution's strategic growth.
