- Oversee daily operations across both venues within INNSiDE by Meliá, ensuring seamless coordination between service and kitchen teams.
- Manage staffi ng requirements, including recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training. Prepare staff rosters and oversee attendance, time sheets, and scheduling to ensure optimal coverage.
- Supervise ordering processes, stock control, supplier relations, and cost management. Monitor fi nancial performance, assist with budgeting, and drive revenue growth through effi cient operations.
- Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction, handling feedback and ensuring service consistency.
- Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and Shift Managers to achieve operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Regularly report to ownership, providing updates on performance, staffi ng, costs, and overall progress.
- Proven management experience in a busy hospitality or catering environment (hotel or restaurant experience preferred).
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with budgeting, ordering systems, scheduling, and POS operations.
- A proactive, hands-on approach — treating the business as if it were your own.
- Fluent in English; Maltese or international language is considered an asset.
