- Oversee day-to-day service during assigned shifts across both our venues.
- Lead and support F&B service, bar, and host teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Manage table allocations, booking coordination, and guest fl ow during peak periods.
- Supervise opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reports.
- Ensure all staff adhere to service standards and operational policies.
- Maintain strong communication with kitchen and bar teams for coordinated service.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and promptly.
- Support staff training, development, and motivation on the fl oor.
- Assist Operations Manager with stock checks, scheduling, and administrative duties as needed.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a restaurant, bar, or hotel.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent customer service focus and problem-solving mindset.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and booking platforms.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Ability to stay composed and organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English.
