Manpower Malta is seeking a Manufacturing Shift Manager, who is responsible for overseeing production and maintenance activities during their shift, ensuring targets are met efficiently and in line with safety and quality standards. The role involves leading operative and technical teams, driving performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Execute the daily production plan and achieve KPIs.Lead, support, and develop shift personnel.Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, safety, and quality standards.Analyse data to drive improvements in efficiency, quality, and waste reduction.Conduct effective shift handovers and performance reporting.Requirements:Degree (MQF Level 6) with 5+ years or Technical Diploma (MQF Level 5) with 9+ years in manufacturing operations.Experience in food, pharma, or chemical manufacturing under GMP.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with Lean, 5S, HACCP, ISO, and TPM practices.Compensation Package:
Includes basic salary plus allowances (car cash, communication, shift, disturbance, government bonus, performance bonus).Reports to: Plant Manager
Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts (Morning: 6am2pm, Afternoon: 2pm10pm, Night: 10pm6am)#LI-DNP
