- Oversee and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of IT services, including end-user support, infrastructure, and core systems
- Take full ownership of incident management, service quality, and overall operational performance
- Deliver hands-on technical support when necessary, especially for complex or high-priority issues
- Manage the full user lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and access management
- Monitor and maintain system health, covering backups, disaster recovery readiness, and performance optimisation
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to meet and continuously enhance service level agreements
- Identify and implement improvements to processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency
- Support system upgrades and digital transformation initiatives while minimising disruption to business activities
- Proven experience in IT operations and infrastructure management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Service-oriented mindset with a proactive, solutions-driven approach
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Strong local experience in Malta
- Ability to work in a hands-on role with end-to-end ownership and accountability
- Degree in IT or a related field
