- Lead the IT service desk and IT Operations team, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests
- Provide hands-on technical support when required
- Manage user lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding and access permissions
- Identify opportunities for optimisation through technology enhancements and tool updates
- Ensure the availability, performance and security of IT infrastructure, networks and end-user environments
- Oversee infrastructure operations such as monitoring, backups and disaster recovery procedures
- Manage third-party IT vendors, including SLAs and service performance
- Support system upgrades and digital initiatives while safeguarding operational continuity
- MQF Level 6 qualification in IT or a related field
- Proven experience in IT operations and infrastructure management, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong service-oriented mindset with a proactive, solutions-driven approach
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
