
Business Support Manager - Events & Sponsorships

- Coordinate and implement consumer and trade marketing initiatives in collaboration with Brand and Sales Executives.
- Support negotiations with Key Account clients to enhance brand exposure, secure long-term partnerships, and coordinate event sponsorships and activations.
- Lead the end-to-end organisation of the Farsons Beer Festival, including planning, budgeting, execution, and post-event evaluation.
- Manage supplier negotiations and ensure procurement compliance in line with company policies.
- Identify risks in commercial agreements and negotiate favourable terms that safeguard the business.
- Oversee the management, distribution, and tracking of marketing assets and point-of-sale materials, ensuring cost-efficiency and process optimisation.
- Maintain an effective asset management system in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate targeted sponsorship events and brand activation campaigns as aligned with strategic marketing objectives.
- Hold a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.
- Have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, project coordination, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Be self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and manage projects independently.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong analytical mindset.
