Groups and Events Executive

• Handle group enquiries and develop group quotations and contracts

• Build and maintain relations with new and existing clients

• Manage group reservations

• Adhere to deposit payments and cancellation policies

• Ensure that Folio is concise with the quotation

• Maintain accurate filing systems for all group correspondence

• Ensure client satisfaction, whilst implementing the Hotels’ standard operating procedures.

• Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is an asset

• Outgoing personality and good selling skills

• Fluent in both written and spoken English is required whilst a good knowledge of Maltese will be considered an asset

• Very good knowledge of MS Office; mostly Word and Excel

• Excellent communication skills and customer service

• Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
