  • Respond to group-related enquiries and prepare tailored quotations and agreements.
  • Manage group bookings from start to finish, ensuring all requirements are met efficiently.
  • Maintain and develop positive relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
  • Monitor payment schedules, deposits, and cancellations in line with company policy.
  • Ensure the billing folio aligns accurately with initial quotations and agreements.
  • Organize and maintain clear and structured records of all group communications.
  • Guarantee a high level of client satisfaction while applying the hotels operational standards.
  • Provide assistance during group events and ensure smooth service delivery.
What skills do you need:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or tourism industry is a plus.
  • An enthusiastic and sales-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English is essential; knowledge of Maltese is a bonus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
