- Identify, pursue and close new sales opportunities within the hospitality sector
- Manage and grow existing client accounts through regular engagement and upselling
- Understand client operations and consult on solutions that deliver real impact
- Act as the primary point of contact post-sale, ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term satisfaction
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementations
- Stay informed on hospitality tech trends and competitors
- Prepare quotes, proposals and process orders in line with client requirements
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and client meetings
- Experience working in a hotel or hospitality operation (front office, operations or F&B) is essential
- Experience in a client-facing or sales-oriented role is highly desirable
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs
- Fluency in English and Maltese
- A valid driving licence
