- Oversee the procurement, installation, qualification, and maintenance of IT and computerized systems in compliance with EudraLex Volume 4 Annex 11 (Computerised Systems) and Annex 15 (Qualification and Validation).
- Maintain reliable and secure IT networks and connectivity that support regulated operations and data integrity.
- Ensure IT systems meet internal operational needs and external compliance standards.
- Develop and maintain IT policies, processes, and work instructions aligned with regulatory and operational requirements.
- Ensure thorough documentation and recordkeeping for all IT activities.
- Operate the IT department in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, including computerized systems validation.
- Implement and manage risk assessments, risk treatments, and internal audit programs for IT systems.
- Provide training and awareness programs on IT systems and information security to all employees.
- Lead and motivate the IT team, ensuring professional development and team performance.
- Manage and implement information security controls across all IT-supported processes.
- Oversee the development, maintenance, and testing of the business continuity plan for IT systems.
- Design and review technical security controls, especially for computer networks.
- Support internal reviews, audits, and risk assessments related to IT.
- Collaborate with Quality and Supply Chain teams to ensure IT systems meet compliance needs across quality systems, laboratory operations, and regulatory frameworks.
- Provide day-to-day IT support across the organization.
- Serve as a key member of the Computer System Incident Response Team (CSIRT) and the Information Security Management System (ISMS) Committee.
- At least 3 years of experience as an IT Manager
- Infrastructure background
- Excellent communications skills in English
- Degree in IT or related field
