A client specializing in Investment Migration is seeking a Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's advertising and sponsorship options for events worldwide.➡️​Job Description: The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling the client's advertising and sponsorship options and events worldwide. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work on one's initiative towards targets. ➡️​Role and Responsibilities: · Identify and engage with potential advertiser and sponsors options to potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships · Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets · Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales pitches and materials · Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities · Provide excellent customer service to clients · Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads ➡️Requirements: ✔️ Proven track record in sales, preferably in the media, events and publishing industry. ✔️ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. ✔️ Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. ✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ✔️ Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets. ✔️ Knowledge of digital advertising and marketing concepts is a plus. ✔️ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.ProfilesIf multiple Education and Language Profiles are defined, please note that you must fit at least one of them, but not necessarily all.PROFILE 1LanguageReadingSpeakingUnderstandingWritingENGLISHCompetencies
  • Determine the strategic sales objectives of department
  • Organise, follow-up and technically support activity of sales team
  • Monitor budget of commercial actions
  • Set up database of customers and prospects
  • Reply to calls for tenders. Draft commercial proposals. Establish performance values with customers in contract
  • Administrative management of Sales ledger (customer accounts) (credits, advance payments, outstanding amounts ...)
  • Check and register sales contracts. Inform the customer on delivery status
  • Coordinate department activities. Analyse monitoring instruments and make suggestions for improvement
  • Establish administrative procedures for handling of orders. Check application of the administrative procedures
  • Create marketing plan. Plan customer visits (determine target group, interlocutors, prepare technical dossiers...)
  • Present/demonstrate products and advise customers
  • Follow-up orders (product availability, delivery term, complaints...) and customers (reward loyalty, satisfaction surveys, reminders...)
  • Draw up commercial proposal. Come to an agreement with the customer on terms of sales contract or the estimate
  • Follow-up canvassing for customers (administration) and brief the team
