- Engage and develop new distribution partners for continued expansion and growth.
- Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships to promote the company.
- Maintaining connections with key owners and agencies in the relevant geographic area
- Liaising with colleagues to develop strategies.
- Engaging with stakeholders to deliver results.
- Following the market.
- Preparing and negotiating designer and subcontractor agreements using company-approved processes and documentation.
- Preparing financial projections and company targets.
- Attending events such as industry outreach and informational conferences to gain local contacts and identify possible project work for the company.
- Preparing presentations and participating in meetings.
- Producing reports for management
- Upholding and living the values of the organization and industry.
- To embody company values and ethics in all interactions with personal and professional contacts.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and interpersonal skills for dealing with internal and external customers.
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Must have strong computer knowledge with the use of various software programs including MS Office.
- General knowledge of business law and legal ramifications with respect to subcontracts and procurement requirements.
- Ability and desire to learn and apply new concepts, processes and approaches.
- Must have the ability to adapt to new and challenging situations.
- Ability to handle a high volume of work with changing priorities.
- Ability to review, analyse and assist in the creation and development of contractual documents and competently articulate requirements verbally and in writing.
- Candidate must be from Recruitment Agency/Firm with minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development for Permanent & Executive Search Positions.
- This is not a desk job. The candidate is expected to conduct regular face-to-face meetings with the clients and undertake networking activities. Therefore the successful candidate is expected to be presentable, costumer focused, and possess excellent communication skills and a professional manner.
