- Deliver on-the-ground training to sales and letting consultants during live client interactions.
- Provide hands-on coaching during property viewings, valuations, negotiations, and closings.
- Shadow and mentor new and existing team members to reinforce best practices and company standards.
- Identify individual training needs and offer tailored coaching to improve performance.
- Offer constructive, in-the-moment feedback to enhance consultants' communication, persuasion, and client-handling skills.
- Collaborate with branch managers and team leaders to ensure consistency in sales approach and service quality.
- Track progress and report training outcomes and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market changes to ensure training content is relevant and impactful.
- Proven experience in training, coaching, or learning & development in real estate.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead by example.
- A passion for helping others grow and succeed.
- Familiarity with real estate practices and regulations is a strong plus.
- Fluency in Maltese and English.
