- You are driving the Agile adoption across teams, tribes, and the organization to accelerate value delivery
- You are delivering training and workshops on Agile practices and methodologies, decision-making, problem-solving, and communication
- You are facilitating continuous learning and improvement by running effective, outcome-driven retrospectives
- Optimizing team dynamics by balancing autonomy with support, fostering accountability, ownership, and self-organization
- Conducting regular team, delivery, and health assessments to identify inefficiencies and systemic challenges
- Working closely with tech and product leads to strengthening alignment and working methods.
- Leading the optimization of cross-team and cross-tribe collaboration by establishing structures and communication channels that enable transparency, alignment, and agility
- Working closely with Product Leads to embed agility across the product lifecycle and support value-driven product development
- Promoting a culture of trust and open communication through proactive coaching at the team, tribe, and organizational level, strengthening collaboration and morale
- Qualifications. Bachelor/Master's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering and at least 3 years of proven professional experience as an Agile Coach
- Technical Affinity. Proficiency in the tech area is essential
- Agile methodology. Proven expertise in Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban
- Project Management. Demonstrable experience in managing the delivery of tech projects
- Mentorship. Good experience in mentoring people
- Communication Skills. Constructively challenges with positive arguments
- Collaboration. Being a team player to ensure aligned delivery and development
- Stakeholder Management. Used to handle stakeholders and represent leadership affinity.
