Proven experience in high-end restaurant or hospitality management
Strong leadership and team development skills
Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to daily operations
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Understanding of Asian fine dining culture is a strong advantage
