- Ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the Human Resources department and maintain all HR processes effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
- Oversee payroll operations to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
- Monitor departmental rosters and staffing schedules, ensuring alignment with approved labor budgets.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with departmental managers and staff at all levels.
- Actively participate in initiatives aimed at improving employee productivity, engagement, and overall performance.
- Assess employee development needs and lead the design and implementation of training initiatives.
- Identify and organize appropriate training programs to support skill enhancement and career growth.
- Conduct annual training needs assessments and follow through with development planning.
- Provide training, coaching, and support to managers, supervisors, and team leads involved in staff development.
- Champion and embody the organization's values and desired workplace culture in all HR practices.
- Participate in duty management responsibilities as per the duty roster.
- Carry out any other duties or special projects as assigned by Management.
- Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, trustworthy, and discrete, with the ability to manage confidential business information.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a hospitality/hotel environment.
- Strong understanding of employee relations, workforce planning, and hospitality operations.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Additional languages will be given preferences.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
- Experience with hotel management software is a plus.
