- Process payroll for multiple clients accurately and on time
- Prepare and submit all employment-related documentation to Jobsplus
- Handle and submit documentation to government authorities and other entities on behalf of clients
- Complete FSS submissions to the tax department and liaise with clients regarding outstanding dues
- Submit payroll-related statistical data as required
- Assist with employment licensing and permit applications where applicable
- Communicate with clients regarding provisional tax payments and social security contributions
- Support bookkeeping activities, including bank reconciliations, invoice posting, and maintenance of accounts receivable and payable
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and applications for tax credit schemes
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Relevant training or courses in payroll and employment law considered an asset
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in payroll processing
- Minimum A-Level standard of education, preferably with intermediate-level qualifications in Accounts or Mathematics
