
HR Officer – Payroll

- Process payroll across the group, including salaries, wages, pensions, overtime, and allowances.
- Manage employee onboarding, terminations, leave, and absences.
- Maintain accurate HR and payroll system records, ensuring compliance with GDPR and employment regulations.
- Prepare reports and HR data for management to support decision-making and KPI tracking.
- Oversee time and attendance schedules and provide support to different departments.
- Assist with end-of-year submissions, payroll audits, and outsourced service processing.
- Support additional HR functions as required.
- Diploma in Human Resources (or equivalent) and A-Level standard of education.
- Strong experience in payroll, ideally within an HR function.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Maltese.
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
- Proficient in ICT tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Reliable, professional, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
