- Partner with colleagues across HR to contribute to team projects and ongoing initiatives.
- Produce and analyse HR reports and data, offering valuable insights to support management decision-making and performance tracking.
- Coordinate Time & Attendance schedules, assisting departments with queries and ensuring smooth operations.
- Take charge of end-to-end payroll processing - including salaries, pensions, overtime, and allowances - with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage essential elements of the employee lifecycle, such as onboarding, terminations, leave, and absence administration.
- Safeguard compliance by maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR and payroll records in line with GDPR and employment law.
- Play an integral role in payroll audits, year-end submissions, and collaboration with outsourced providers.
- Holds a Diploma in Human Resources (or equivalent) and an A-Level standard of education.
- Brings solid payroll experience, preferably within an HR setting.
- Fluent in English and Maltese, with excellent communication skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.
