Manpower is seeking to recruit a HR Officer Payroll to join our clients dynamic HR team.Reporting to the HR Systems Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our people are paid accurately and on time, while maintaining the highest standards of compliance, confidentiality, and efficiency.Job Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for companies within the Group, including salaries, wages, pensions, overtime, and allowances.
- Manage employee onboarding, terminations, leave, and absences.
- Maintain accurate HR and payroll system records, ensuring compliance with GDPR and employment regulations.
- Prepare reports and HR data for management, supporting decision-making and KPI tracking.
- Oversee Time & Attendance schedules and provide department support.
- Assist with end-of-year submissions, payroll audits, and outsourced service processing.
- Support other HR functions as needed.
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources (or equivalent) and A-Level standard of education.
- Strong payroll experience, ideally within an HR environment.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Maltese.
- Effective communication and organisational skills.
- Strong ICT skills and attention to detail.
