- Handle group enquiries and develop group quotations and contracts
- Build and maintain relations with new and existing clients
- Manage group reservations
- Adhere to deposit payments and cancellation policies
- Ensure that Folio is concise with the quotation
- Maintain accurate filing systems for all group correspondence
- Ensure client satisfaction, whilst implementing the Hotelsβ standard operating procedures.
- Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is an asset
- Outgoing personality and good selling skills
- Fluent in both written and spoken English is required whilst a good knowledge of Maltese will be considered an asset
- Very good knowledge of MS Office; mostly Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills and customer service
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
