- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and support
- Promote special offers, discounts, and new products to clients
- Identify new business opportunities and potential growth areas
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and market insights
- Prepare quotations and follow up to ensure client satisfaction
- Energetic, motivated, and outgoing, with a passion for tools and the trades industry
- Fluent in Maltese and English, with strong computer skills
- Eager to learn and willing to attend product training, locally or abroad
- Valid Category B driving licence and clean police conduct certificate
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but full training will be provided
