- Designing cost-effective and compliant technical solutions in line with client needs and budget expectations
- Managing inquiries and developing well-structured commercial proposals
- Conducting site visits to assess feasibility, risks, and project specifications
- Ensuring all designs and proposals meet applicable industry standards and regulations
- Building lasting client relationships through clear communication and a solution-driven approach
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to support sales growth
- Collaborating with engineering and commercial teams to align technical outputs with client goals
- Staying informed on market trends, local regulations, and competitor activities
- At least 3 years of experience in technical sales or a similar client-facing role, with a proven track record in managing proposals and the full sales cycle
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field would be considered an asset
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with fluency in English (basic Maltese is a plus)
- Detail-oriented and adaptable, with a solid understanding of budgeting, compliance, and documentation standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and project planning tools
- Holder of a valid European driving licence
