Our client is a prominent wholesale and retail enterprise specialising in fast-moving consumer goods, dedicated to delivering excellence and prioritising customer satisfaction. The client's portfolio includes well-known brands.The Learning Programs Coordinator oversees the operations of the academy in collaboration with the bartending association. Responsibilities encompass all facets of academy management, including administration, sales, marketing and the development of academic curriculum and course materials.Responsibilities:

Sales:

Establish targets aligned with the company's objectives.
Create an annual calendar of courses and activities.
Offer feedback on target planning.
Academic:

Develop standardised course content as applicable.
Manage and update course content, study materials, and supplies for bartending courses and related activities.
Conduct bartending lessons and other relevant sessions.
Marketing:

Set targets aligned with company objectives.
Collaborate with the FBS Marketing team for social media content creation.
Promote the annual course calendar within the allocated budget and as per requirements.

Skill-sets and Requirements

Proficiency in ECDL.
MFHEA approval for this role.
Public speaking, negotiation and business development skills.

Education & Experience

A minimum of an MQF level 5 qualification in Tourism or Hospitality - related fields.
Experience in teaching bartending subjects.
Experience in HORECA.
