- Establish, maintain, and uphold a Quality Assurance Unit by analysing quality data to facilitate solutions
- Supervise the implementation of quality and training standards and procedures, and develop new policies as necessary
- Review existing standards and policies
- Participate in quality calibration sessions and maintain communication with operations and clients
- Attend client meetings to grasp quality and training requirements, and report on results
- Understand the training and quality assurance needs of projects and implement procedures accordingly
- Ensure succession planning and team development by establishing team KPIs and managing performance
- Implement continuous quality improvement programs to minimise errors and non-conformities
- Engage with employees across different levels to determine the focus of the Quality Assurance Unit
- Maintain records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation
- Previous experience in a quality assurance leadership role or similar relevant positions
- Comprehensive understanding of quality assurance methodologies and standards
- Strong numerical skills and proficiency in data analysis/statistical methods
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office and databases
- Exceptional communication skills
