Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities in close partnership with the CFO
Manage and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering collaboration and accountability
Ensure robust financial controls, compliance, and effective company policies

Skills & Experience:

ACCA-qualified or Master in Accountancy (holding a Warrant is considered an asset)
Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing teams and partnering with senior executives

Fluency in Maltese and English
