- Prepare and cook a diverse range of Mediterranean dishes, ensuring each plate meets the restaurant's high standards for quality and presentation.
- Collaborate with the Senior Chefs to develop and refine menu offerings, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative techniques.
- Supervise junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and training in Mediterranean
- cooking methods and food safety practices.
- Monitor ingredient inventory and assist in ordering to ensure the necessary stock levels are maintained.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, upholding health and safety regulations at all times.
- Ensure consistent portion control and presentation of dishes for a cohesive dining
- experience.
- Participate in daily team meetings to discuss menu changes, operational needs, and special events.
- Contribute to a positive work environment by fostering teamwork and communication within the kitchen staff.
- Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role within a Mediterranean cuisine setting.
- Strong knowledge of Mediterranean culinary techniques and ingredients.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work
- collaboratively in a team.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high-pressure environment with attention to detail.
- Culinary degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
