This role requires a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency. The Sous Chef will also play a key role in fostering excellent teamwork within the kitchen environment.We are looking for:

Proven experience in a professional kitchen
Passion for high-quality Mediterranean cuisine
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Fluent in English
Residing in Malta, with a valid work permit (for non-EU nationals)
Clean police conduct certificate
