Direct and oversee all hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
Supervise the cash closure of all hotel outlets.
Process the night audit and ensure accurate end-of-day reporting.
Liaise with the relevant departments for late arrival meals and early breakfasts.
Attend to guest complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Communicate no-shows with the reservations department.
Prepare and hand over the Night Auditor’s report.
Follow and adhere to all health and safety precautions.

Job Requirements

Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an asset.
Demonstrates initiative, problem-solving abilities, staff training, and team leadership skills.
Passionate about and experienced in delivering excellent customer service.
Fluent in English; knowledge of other European languages (preferably German, French, or Polish) is an advantage.
Strong eye for detail and a positive working attitude.
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
Effective time-management skills.
Experience with the Room Master system is considered an asset; however, training will be provided.
