Duties and Responsibilities

Direct and oversee all hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
Supervise cash closure of all hotel outlets.
Process night audit.
Liaise with the relevant department for late arrival meals and early breakfast.
Attend to guest complaints.
Communicate No-Shows with the reservations department.
Night Manager’s report handover.
Follow and adhere to all Health and Safety precautions.

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an asset.
Should show initiative, problem-solving, staff training, team leading.
Passion and experience in customer service.
Fluent in English and any other European Language, preferably German, French or Polish
Eye for detail and a positive working attitude.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Time-management skills.
Experience with the Room Master system will be considered an asset; however, training is provided.
