We are seeking to recruit a Bar Manager. Position is on a full time basis.ProfilesCompetencies

Follow-up organisation commercially and administratively
Establish annual budget. Monitor results
Draw up plan of employee requirements (waiters, team members...)
Coordinate and monitor services. Monitor application of safety, hygiene and quality procedures
Implement business policy. Retain customers
Follow-up operation. Sageguard customer satisfaction
Supervise activities of teams. Check implementation of safety, hygiene and quality procedures
Supervise or organise hiring of staff
Count amounts in cash registers
Hire staff and teach them organisation guidelines
Select suppliers and service providers. Negotiate terms of contract. Check provided services or products
Manage stock; record shortages; place orders
Do stock control. Find shortages. Place orders
Monitor personnel activities
