- Ensuring that crew resources (both Pilot and Cabin Crew) are managed in the most efficient and cost-effective way, in compliance with documented statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Prioritizing safety and punctuality in all crewing decisions.
- Maintaining excellent communications with crew and relevant managers.
- Knowledge and management of crew training requirements on the live roster would be considered as an advantage.
- Adherence to department procedures.
- Coordinate with Crew Support re air/surface positioning/travelling of Crews, giving logistic advice on crew rotation patterns and accommodation requirements as may be necessary.
- Basic knowledge of the Aviation industry as a whole and will need to be able to understand the Company FTL Scheme, EASA training and licensing requirements and Crew Visa requirements/applications.
- Ideally will have at least one (1) year experience in a similar role.
- Be assertive and able to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team in a multicultural environment.
