We are looking for a detail-oriented Shipping and Logistics Clerk to join a well established company. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our shipping and logistics processes, contributing to our commitment to excellence in service delivery.Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the shipping and receiving of goods, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Assisting the team in the planning and coordination of transportation and logistical movement of equipment by preparing the necessary paperwork for shipment
Managing customer requests, facilitating the shipping and receipt of goods to and from warehouse
Liaising with local and foreign transportation agencies and assisting in customs procedures.

Requirements:

Proven experience in shipping and logistics or a related field.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Maltese and English
Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
