This exciting position combines project leadership with operational oversight, giving you the opportunity to manage complex MEP projects while streamlining resources, manpower, and scheduling across the business.What's expected of you?

Lead day-to-day execution of assigned MEP projects
Manage budgets, timelines, subcontractors, and technical documentation
Ensure high-quality delivery, client satisfaction, and on-time completion
Oversee manpower planning, site allocations, and operational scheduling
Anticipate resource bottlenecks and align site needs with business priorities
Support mobilization and demobilization activities across multiple projects

What are you expected to bring?

5–7+ years’ proven experience in construction project delivery (MEP preferred)
Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking abilities
Skilled in scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera, or Excel)
Proactive communicator with a solutions-focused mindset
PMP certification (or equivalent) desirable
