About the job Business Development LeadManpower is seeking to recruit a Business Develeopment Lead on behalf of our client, a well-established business with over 45 years of experience.Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the parts, consumables,tyres and lubricants sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
  • Provide feedback from clients to the product development and management teams
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within automotive or industrial parts/lubricants industries
  • Strong understanding of the parts, consumables, tyres and lubricants industry in the local market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
