A growing international investment organization is seeking a proactive and organized HR Administrator to join its global HR operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting a professional and collaborative HR team that operates across multiple countries. The team focuses on maintaining smooth administrative processes, ensuring accurate employee records, and facilitating seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences. This part-time role provides an opportunity to gain exposure to international HR practices, participate in meaningful projects, and contribute to improving HR efficiency and employee experience across a multi-office environment. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, enjoys working independently, and values contributing to a structured and well-functioning HR function.You will:
  • Maintain and update employee data in the HR system (HRIS)
  • Manage employee documentation and assist with digitization of records
  • Prepare data for international payroll processes and liaise with third-party providers
  • Respond to employee queries and provide general HR administrative support
Experience
  • Previous HR, administrative, or coordination experience preferred
  • Previous experience in payroll is a plus
