We are seeking to recruit a Human Resources and Payroll Administrator. Will be responsible for overseeing payroll operations and supporting HR functions to ensure efficient workforce management.Key duties include: Processing and administering payroll accurately and on time. Maintaining employee records and HR databases. Ensuring compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies. Coordinating benefits, leave management, and statutory deductions. Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and staff training processes.   • Administrative management of Sales ledger (customer accounts) (credits, advance payments, outstanding amounts ...)
  • Cash in on payments. Hand over invoices, health guide...
  • Check and record (entry of customer payments, drafting invoices, reminders...) company income
  • Draw up payment and delivery terms for customers and service providing companies
  • Code and enter invoices, bank statements, pieces of evidence. Perform verification check on bank accounts
  • Carry out human resources projects (recruitment, training...)
  • Determine objectives and use of human/financial resources
  • Draw up documents for follow-up/manage of personnel; update (social survey tables, salary tables, holiday planning...)
  • Inform staff/personnel on social legislation and specific company policy issues
  • Follow-up on individual files of workers/employees and do updates. Do statutary declarations/notifications
  • Follow-up administrative personnel/staff management: training (call for participants, room reservations)
  • Follow-up administrative personnel/staff management: internal shifts, transfers
  • Collect data concerning activities of personnel. Prepare wage calculation
