
Cabin Operations Manager

- Responsible for safeguarding Cabin Host/esses’s welfare ensuring the team is motivated, aligned with the company culture and supported adequately to operate safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the business on various operational initiatives and/or projects.
- Build a professional rapport with your team and be an ambassador for their professional development.
- Carry out timely performance reviews in line with company objectives.
- Address underperformance in a fair and efficient manner.
- Monitor sickness and absence trends in line with best practices.
- Support on various daily operational requirements as necessary.
- Identify talent and celebrate success through the various opportunities and platforms that the business offers.
- Ensure that departmental processes and procedures are maintained and improved in line with the company’s vision and mission.
- Accountable for the oversight of new aircraft stocking and inventories, safety reports, flight briefs, and audits.
- Travel as and when necessary to cover duties directly relating to the role, or otherwise.
- Undergo VistaJet’s initial Cabin Host/ess training and cover operational flights as necessary from time to time.
- Engage in the workplace with enthusiasm, perseverance, a positive attitude, and the flexibility to complement company standards.
- Have the right to live and work in Europe.
- Willing to travel and relocate as needed across the Vista network.
- Tertiary education, previous aviation and/or managerial experience is considered an asset.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under own initiative, independently as well as within a team.
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Be highly motivated with a high level of attention to detail.
