Audit Manager

• Manage the full cycle of audit engagements, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk assessment, and client communication;
• Lead, guide, and support audit staff and seniors, fostering their professional growth through supervision, training, and constructive feedback;
• Ensure all audit procedures adhere to applicable auditing standards (ISA, PCAOB, or jurisdictional requirements) and internal quality controls;
• Review financial statements, reports, and supporting evidence to ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness;
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main contact throughout the engagement;
• Assess audit risks, design appropriate testing strategies, and address complex accounting issues, escalating when necessary;
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients and senior leadership in a clear and professional manner;
• Contribute to business development efforts, including drafting proposals, preparing presentations, and supporting client retention and growth initiatives;
• Remain current with developments in accounting standards, auditing practices, and industry-specific regulations.

• Hold a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent);
• Bring over 5 years of audit experience, including 1-2 years in a managerial capacity;
• Possess solid technical expertise in accounting standards such as IFRS, US GAAP, and UK GAAP;
• Confident user of audit tools and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Demonstrate strong organizational and project management capabilities;
• Experienced in handling multiple audit engagements concurrently;
• Skilled in leading teams, coaching staff, and driving performance;
• Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with clients and colleagues at all levels.
