As a Junior Sports Trader, you’ll support the daily operations of our sportsbook and gain hands-on experience in trading and risk management.
Your main responsibilities will include:

Customer risk profiling.
Assisting with the setup and monitoring of sports betting markets.
Tracking betting activity and identifying irregular patterns.
Ensuring the sportsbook content is up to date and customer focused.
Helping with customer queries related to sportsbook activity.

As you grow into the role, you’ll take on more responsibility for risk assessment, exposure management, and product improvements.🔎What We Are Looking For

Strong passion for sports, with solid knowledge of football and at least one other major sport (e.g. tennis, basketball, cricket).
Analytical mindset; able to make logical, evidence-based decisions.
High attention to detail.
Eagerness to learn and develop in a fast-paced startup environment.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.

💻Work Arrangements
At Stakemate, we believe that building a strong team culture is as crucial as innovating in the sports betting market. We operate on a flexible hybrid model, expecting our team members to come into the office two-three days a week. The role is based in our Malta office.
