Working as a VIP manager doesn't suit everyone but for those who enjoy it, it becomes a way of life - and you can earn a really good wage!Our client is a rapidly expanding casino & sportsbook and is claiming an increasing market-share of the German market. To better service their clients, they will be engaging several more VIP managers. Being a German speaker (native level) is a requirement for this role, as you will not only be chatting and creating promotions for your VIPs, but also take and make phonecalls so your German communications skills must be top notch.Basic salary from €28-40K + comprehensive bonus scheme of up to 50% !Role & Responsibilities

Engage with VIP clients via chat, email and phone
Identify potential VIP clients
Develop and sustain solid relationships with VIP clients
Assess and resolve clients' issues
Meet VIP players for streamed and live events
Evaluate and provide feedback on various segments relating to KPI performance
Meet or exceed KPI targets
Take active part in developing and implementing VIP programs and initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

Native/C2 communication-skills in German, both written and spoken
Fluent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Experience of working for min 12 months in a customer-facing role within igaming B2C
Candidates with previous experience of working with VIP management for the German market in igaming have preference and the basic salary will reflect experience

About this role

Office-based in L-Imriehel, Malta
Up to €40K basic starting salary
Comprehensive bonus scheme of 50% bonus on KPIs applicable after 3 months' training and trial
